Undaunted event Missing Event Tickets

I am confused about how many event tickets I earned during the undaunted event. I completed 3 or more dungeons each day of the event. The event was 10 days long and you are able to earn 3 event tickets for the first dungeon you complete each day. So mathematically that's 30 earnable event tickets. I have 12. I completed every daily pledge for the undaunted each day of the event, am I confused on the rules or? Also how do I get this fixed because this issue wasn't something I was able to put in a ticket for. Thanks for any insight.
