Max movement speed while sneaking/stealthing AND minimum stealth detection distance (0m) possible?

I have made a khajit for the stealth passive and then wearing Darloc, Night Mothers Embrace and Night Terror for each a 2m detection reduction. This causes me to be undetectable at all distances, (with the exception of dungeon bosses, sentinels and the sentinel traps, neither which of can be stealthed no matter what).

Using Steed mundus, swift jewelry and vamp passive for remove speed penalty from sneak I can get pretty fast, but I can clearly see isnt max speed im sneaking at (how does one know when you have reached max speed btw, is there an addon that can help with this?).

Im going to get Ring of The Wild Hunt for +45% movement speed, which would probably get me to max speed(?). However loosing 2 meters on detection reduction radius from one of the gear set does make me detectable, but only when im very close and right in front of an npc. I guess this is acceptable because I would have to be VERY careless to get detected.

Still, Im wondering if it is somehow possible to indeed get both max movement speed while sneaking AND total stealthy with 0m detection radius?

I think you maxed out, now you have skills, rapid 8s of Major and Minor Expedition and Channeled Acceleration 12 s of Major Expedition
