What's the point of Tier 5 weapons if they're unusable?

Tier 5 weapons of racial motifs are very well done and we should be able to use them. How come we can't? (even buying them with crowns etc). What's the point of adding beautiful motifs to the game if they are attached to trash items that don't belong to any set? It would be fine if the game actually promoted the use of non-sets but it's all about set bonuses.. soo... am I missing something? Let us them even for a price.

Tier 5 motifs use older generation graphics. Look at the graphics of any base game motif. Look at how poorly they dye with the new colors or how poor the details are on them. This is why you don’t see the Tier 5 released and instead we get the Ancestral Motifs.

The weapons are actually included in the new Ancestral Motifs. The Ancestral Altmer staff looks exactly like the master's lightning staff. And the Ancestral Dunmer staff will look exactly like the inferno.

I want to use these staves in the outfitting station as well. I know I can show the current staff equipped and dye it from there, but honestly nobody does that, and if you have to change sets well there goes your fashion...
