The current plethora of robe options for the Masters of the Undead is lacking. The Lich robes and tattered fringe leaves us wanting proper clothing to strike fear into our adversaries.

Can we get some proper Necromancer/Lich robes? We want more than just frayed hems; let the tattered robes flow.

There's no "flow" for any clothes in ESO. The engine doesn't do that.
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

Mannimarco is shocked to discover that his robes no longer count as "proper" necromancer attire, huh.

Are you looking for tattered or flow? Because there are a few styles that hit tattered: Soul-shriven, prisoners rags, the Shroud of the Lich set you mentioned.

But there really isn't any flow in ESO clothing. The engine isn't built for it. You get stuff like the Breton Hero's cape being stapled to his butt. Just look at their version of the Skyrim dragon priest robes. It lacks all the flowy bits that were so cool in Skyrim: https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/dragon-priest-costume/

This was the concept art for Mannimarco. We could've had this, bros. We could've had it all.

I would say that flowing tattered robes are possible. Look at the Necro Spirit Mender. I'm not asking for the robes to be whipping around 3 feet behind my character, but passing frayed hems at the bottom of robes and distressed textures is just depressing.
