Got the wrong achievements in Vet Darkshade I today PC/NA

Today I ran vet darkshade I - we cleared all bosses in about 15 minutes, but had 1 death of our tank on almost every boss. Well, after defeating the sentinel, I noticed that I received the achievement for no deaths and confirmed with my groupmates that they did as well. But we didn't receive the under 20 achievement or the vanquisher despite defeating all the bosses within the time limit. Just seems weird that we didn't get the achievements we did earn, but did get the one achievement that we failed miserably at lol.

Faiza✭✭✭✭✭Had this happen again in Veteran Scalecaller Peak. Got the 0 death achievement despite many deaths lol.0
