Character can’t use memento

One of my characters can’t use certain mementos, is there a way to fix this? Some work and others can’t let me interact with them such as the new campfire kit

I suggest stating what sever and platform for assistance. They may need to know what character and memento as well.

You’re not in Cyrodiil when you’re trying it, by any chance? They’re disabled there. I figure not if some do work on that character, but might as well ask in case.

I’m not in cyrodil, just regular game, I noticed my character doesn’t interact with mementos like the camp fire kit and doesn’t do animations with the void shard memento

My campfire kit also acts up. I was able to set it up and use it with group members in lair of maarselok but in imp city prison I only managed to light the fire. The prompt to warm up was there but nothing would happen when I was pressing E.

I submitted a ticket and they said that there’s issues with male altmers currently with those mementos/emotes
