Dyeable tattoos?

Would you like the option to be able to dye tattoos different colors?

A lot of cool tattoos are ruined by being the wrong color on particular characters so I’d love this option.

I went indifferent as I really don't like the tattoos myself.. but for those that do like them to have the option to dye them would be a good thing.

Id like at least a white almost invisible border on the dark tattoos so when put on a dark skinned character, for example argonians and khajiits can be almost all black, they would be visible.

I think my biggest gripe with tattoos, markings, and some skins is them altering your character's skin/fur/scale color in some cases. Like, I get that it is necessary to change dark colors for contrast so that you can see the applied markings, but not being able to choose the base tone in those cases really ruins your character's look. Being a vampire makes character customization even more of an eye sore in some cases.

I voted indifferent just because I'm not actually able to see most tattoos on my character without looking really close and squinting, what with the vampire skin condition and all.

I'd definitely be more likely to wear some of them if I could change up the colours, especially since it's usually just black, black or black they come in, but I get they just want to sell recolours on the Crown store, so...

Also yeah they're absolutely useless for dark skinned/furred/scaled toons, at the very least they should do something that fixes that. My black furred khajiit wears the bloodrune markings because they're one of the few that actually do show up.

It would just be more time wasted on an unnecessary feature.

When's the last time you even saw a tattoo? Most armors or costumes don't even show those on the body.

Just like the time "wasted" on unnecessary features like housing or in game character customisations or outfits?

I see the tattoos on both my main characters every time I play them. Not all armours and especially not all costumes are full body armour covering absolutely everything.

I chose indifferent because at the moment I do not really like the tattoos they made.

They are waaaaay to much. Instead of giving a arm tattoo or leg tattoo they make them so they cover the whole body.
And I find that so ugly.

Why not a cute tattoo around the belly button or just a little swivel on the upper arm, shoulder blade or calf.
1 sleeve or 2 sleeves. 1 calf etc etc.

If with the tattoos that are out now they would let us dye them in every colour we want we would get a mayhem of awful body painted characters.

I'd love this to be added to the game but I'm fairly certain it'll never be added. We've been asking for dyeable hair, hiding shoulders, and hiding vampirism since launch and still haven't gotten them.
