Mage guild passive bugged

So i was curious what causes the fact that my secondary bar has more max magicka than my front bar.. what i found out is that i have slotted Shooting Star at front bar and i have all passives learned, but the Magicka Controller passive doesnt give extra max magicka where the mage guild spell is slotted but to other bar, so in my case i have it in front bar and passive max magicka goes to secondary bar
Just use procs. Simple. No brain is required.

✭This is known to be bugged for years, at least in the community (lol, who cares anymore if ZOS even acknowledges bugs like this). There are several old forum threads about it.
It is partly a visual bug as your damage and ward size is still increased on the right bar due to the higher max magica. But it will affect resource checks, IIRC.
For me, everything is displayed correctly when I log in. The numbers usually get messed up with the first bar swap.no CP PvP PC/EU
