Mystery homes cost and release & crown sale date?

Any updates on when the December Crown sale is coming? How about the Markath home Vlindrel Hall? Or Shalidor Towers? I have seen a part of a webpage lead that said Shalidor Towers but had no information or even a single word about it. Nor any clues even as to pricing for either. How about a bone here ZOS? Pretend you're a news outlet. What when where and how(much). Just asking. Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks...

If ZOS decides on one, however, the last week of the month would be the best candidate ... when players are more likely to be at home with time off work.

ZOS is typically very tight-lipped about sales, most likely to prevent people from just waiting to stockpile Crowns until they can buy a load of them on sale. They also have never reported crown prices beforehand, but as both of those houses in question are large, I'd expect those are going to be in 10k crown range unfurnished.

That being said, the December sales tend to go from the 20th-ish to the 4th-ish, and are announced day-of, if the last few years is any indication.

Shalidor's Realm is in the showcase and will be available on December 22 through the 7th of January. Stone Eagle Aerie has not been officially announced yet, but I'd guess we'd likely see it in next month's showcase.

I do not recall Zos telling us in advance they are going to do a sale. It just happens.

They do it then because people are gifted things like Visa gift cards so it does make sense to have a sale timed with that and reap the revenue.

They have never told us in advance, which is dumb because if I don't know a big entertainment expenditure is coming then I won't bother to budget it in. If I do, then I set aside money for it. Since they don't tell us, I don't have that money free at that time like I would have if I'd been able to plan ahead. I refuse to play guessing games during the tightest month of the year.

As a middle-aged person myself, these threads always amuse me because you can really tell who the parents are and who the kids are.

Thanks for the replies. I do agree, they do not tell us, BUT there is usually a pattern to their madness. I've been here 7 years and sometimes we get a leak of a range of date from and to. Not in stone of course but it give you some idea. And I agree. I think it is going to be the last week too. That is my best guess. And definitely interested the Shalidor Towers. Very interesting property with a lot of potential. Love the visual effects beyond the ground the property is. I also do want the Vlindrel Hall. It is unique and big. LOT of potential there too. I have been getting weekly luxury dealer stuff and crafting and buying a few things. I have 46 homes currently which have all gotten great reviews. Loved doing homes since Star Wars 1st online game. Love the way everyone could see your home and even come in according to permissions. Well we'll all find out before too much later I think. But thanks again for the replies!

Shalidor's Shrouded Realm will be available on December 22, 10am EST until January 7 10am.
December Crownstore Showcase

The player house in Markarth is Stone Eagle Aerie (not Vlindrel Hall; you might be getting that confused with Skyrim --we could purchase Vlindrel Hall in Skyrim, but not ESO), and they haven't said anything about when that will be made available.

And they never give any details about cost before-hand; we have to wait until it's actually in the store.

OH OH, my bad you are right and yes I did. I did mean Stone Eagle Aerie. Doh. OK I'm not perfect, LOL. Nope they have not said a word and no leaks either. I still want it I am on SS so I really need the CROWN sale to be able to pull off getting the Towers this month and the hopefully Aerie next month. If I am able to get it all together I'll be able to. But it is going to be very, very close. Wish me luck!

I’m really hoping for a crown sale too so I can get my Shalidorable Shrouded Realm. And then, maybe someday, we will be able to get Shalidorable as a guest...and Uncle Sheo too! And butterflies, lots of pretty butterflies! 🦋

Crowns are on sale now in the Xbox Store. No sale for PC yet.
