Switch weapon bug

My character Memphis Breeze on steep-reform9 has had a bug for the last two days. I can’t switch weapons with the left key and my duel wield routinely switches back to bow sometimes mid-combat for no reason. I have to go to skills to switch it back. I put fuel wield on backup. It doesn’t matter. It’ll switch back to bow after awhile. I’d like to run dungeons but I don’t want to be a liability. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem. Still waiting on customer service though they did respond to my message today and said they’d received it
