Just kinda curious when we're going to get one again? We've been having one every month and it kinda just fell off, last one was in May, and especially with all the problems for a third of a patch being pretty much unplayable for mist content, when will we be getting a new update? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert

    again

What do you mean by again?

I certainly didn't get one. They said they would roll out performance improvements this year but they never reached me. More like the opposite :/

Due to the pandemic most of the ZOS workforce is working from home. This, they are telling us means reduced capacity. Getting the new content update out on schedule (Q1 2021) is the number one priority. They have just started with promotion (see here). Everything else is secondary.

Most of the companies including gaming ones have been working remotely even before the covid.

That excuse is getting old very fast and these problems started way before any Covid was running.. it just has now exploded out more.

I know, and I agree. But what do you want me to say? I am just stating the facts.

We will not get performance updates because of a simple equasion:
new DLC sales $$ > customer retention $$

But with game performance regression you'd figure we would see something as they did with greymoor release addressing formerly in performance update about frame rate drops etc.

Please stop using the pandemic as an excuse to justify what zos haven't done. 95% of these issues existed way before pandemic.

As the performance updates with the Reach update pretty much broke the game as in making it over 100 times more likely to crash or hang, I'm pretty sure the main focus now it to fix the bugs they created.
I would be pretty shocked it they even talked about performance until this is solved.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Can you share a link where they have acknowledged that freezes and crashes are still ongoing?

coding is something that can be done easier from home. Why is ZOS, allegedly, more effected by COVID restrictions than other businesses in the same area of production?

Well you have the last two patch notes.
The 12 pages list there they asked for more information.
Not admitting they have mess up is not the same as not trying to fix it.
Yes the problem is less or at least the common crash sites like DSA round 7, FG2 last boss and liches but people crashing is still the major issue.

There is 0 communication since this so called "fix" was launched. Absolutely none.

You check that developer post option and you will see that.

You would assume there would be and they even unstickied their "official incremental patch" thread.
