Mother Ciannait issue(or suggested change)

So I'm not sure if its intentional or not but this set's second bonus doesn't proc more than once off the same channeled ability. I mean, even if it did the set would still be a nothing burger.

The tool tip makes it sound like it should if you ask me and I think it would be nice if it did. I mean, it wouldn't really make it any better but at least we wouldn't have to toggle in and out of the long channels to reactivate it.

Is it not working still if you proc it with heavy attack? I don't have it but I remember it proccing from heavies on PTS

Exactly which ability are you trying to get it to proc from? There's only a handful of abilities in the game that have a channel or cast time to begin with.

OP do you mean that if proc it with a channeled ability, then it won't proc again on cooldown if you use the same ability to proc it? I haven't noticed that, for eg., you can proc it pretty consistently with templar sweeps... Also, for the heavy attack, it doesn't have to be fully charged, fyi, and it will still proc

I imagine OP means that the set will not activate itself amidst a channel. For example when the 6s cooldown ends while I am in a middle of channeling a lightning heavy attack, it will not proc.

Because it only does so when starting to channel something.
Totally agree though, it is bad and will remain so unless its magnitude gets increased.

Meditate. I think it should apply damage shields mid channel and more than once per channel. So for meditate I think it should be possible to have a 100% uptime without recasting the ability if we're not being attacked. If that were how it worked then this set would be more appealing to just a few more players as a "just in case" measure for pvp to avoid getting ganked.

The cooldown is fine I think.

Yeah that makes sense. Also the set has been bugged since is addition, the visual sometimes stays on forever and intensifies. You need to rezone to get rid of it.

I guess since you're technically only pressing Meditate once, it wouldn't refresh because it already used its proc on that "instance" of Meditate.
