Today's (Dec 7) PC update, 75mg, apparently corrupted or broke something in my files. So, THREE TIMES now, I have chosen the verify/repair option. THREE TIMES the launcher has thrown Error 1032 OSError_locked.

I've tried more than three times to log into Support to file a ticket but I also cannot log into Support regardless of being logged into both the site and the forums.
There are no other processes running which would use the files, regardless of what the launcher thinks. Please advise: I run two ESO+ accounts - and this is unacceptable.
