Linked wrong account to steam

Ive been waiting like 4 days for a reply off the support with no answer. Does anyone know a way to help? Linked my ps4 account to steam which i didnt mean to. For a support system it has been one of the worst. An issue they could fix in 5 minutes and haven't bothered. Whether an admin here can help or someone has an answer

dont know why this should matter u cant play with ur old char anyway steam and ps4 are diffrent server without crossplay soooooo....

no as in I have two different accounts. One is for pc and other for ps4

I got gifts sent to me on steam and now i cant redeem them
