Soul Magic bugged?

Although I have Consuming Trap IV equipped, the progression bar for Soul Magic is still on 1 and showing zero progression. As a result the passives aren't unlocking.

I noticed this same issue today. I still have Soul Magic at 6 (and did all the skill line quests), but all of the XP I had in the skill is gone and the skill itself reset to base.0 -

I think he is talking about that he cant increase his soul magic skill line through using the soul trap skill itself,rather then the bug with the skill itself that can happen"BlooD FReNZy TicKS aLL thE BoXes of WhaT iT mEanS tO bE a VaMpiRe"0
