Opening Container Removes My UI

When I go to inventory, tab to my consumables and then hit E to open a container my UI disappears and I have to /reloadui to get it back. Container is unopened when I go back to inventory. If I try and open the container without going to the consumable tab sometimes it will open and sometimes same thing happens. I kind of suspect I am able to open the first container and the 2nd fails but I need to get more containers to test this.
I have two accounts and it seems to only be happening on my main account. They use the same add-ons but I still haven't ruled out an add-on being the problem. Before this event it was just a bit of a nuisance. Now it is becoming a pain right in the posterior.
