The "item is not in reach" bug is back

I am standing right in front of lootable items, in some cases right on top of them. I pulled my tank out of retirement & she is pretty much only able to loot 50% of available cupboards, bags, backpacks, barrels etc.
Every time I think things are working, a spanner gets thrown into the mix. I am atm running a repair with all addons removed but before anyone says "it's the addons" the same addons are NOT affecting my other characters.
