Wanted: Craftable Head And Shoulder sets for low level characters to level up with.

Anyone else want some decent head and shoulder sets for leveling? I run with 5x5x2 sets on all of my alts. It would be nice to have some player craftable Head and Shoulder sets that don't require a vet run. They don't have to be meta. Just nicer than 2 pieces of a 5 piece set.

The meta 2-piece for low level players is Armor of the Trainee, @SteveCampsOut ... no crafting or seeking a Master Crafter needed.

Even Stam players can use a boost in Health & Magicka to supplement their build while leveling.

To me this isnt really necessary especially with how stat dense the trainee set is. Many end game pvp players use 1 piece trainee to fill the item slot while using a mythic item.

Although it isnt necessary it would be fun to see more crafted set combinations.

I know you can make head and shoulders of existing sets already and I acknowledged that in my first post. I'm talking about making craftable 2 piece head and shoulders with slightly better stats than 2 pieces of an existing set while not as good as meta head and shoulder sets. It's just a wish I have.

If you want 3 full sets, you could wear two 5 piece sets, and use arena weapons for the remaining 2 slots.

Some arena weapons are endgame best in slot and can be easily obtained on normal.

My suggestion doesn't require crafting, @SteveCampsOut ... which new players often lack when starting out.

If you're already an experienced player, a 2-piece "with slightly better stats" isn't going to make a huge difference if players are min/maxed and facerolling content.

So my core problem with levelling is that i have not enough armor rating on lower levels. And grinding experience is best done against melee enemies.
On the last three alts i used heavy helmet and shoulders of death's wind in purple quality with training trait and the fitting ressource enchant. That way i almost double my armor rating and get about 1100 max stats. The rest are 5 pieces of training gear of either Hundings Rage or Law of Julianos and a 5 piece overland set of either Mother's Sorrow or Spriggan's thorn.

I always found that farming armor of the trainee is unnecessary and a waste of time. I get little experience while farming, the source to farm it, is limited to chests in overland and the spots to farm it are usually full of others, that are faster to the treasure chests or are outright farming bots.

Just use 5 piece front bar set, 5 piece both bar set and 4 pieces for backbar with recovery or something.

This is not a bad idea. You can run normal arenas at any level and you'll get gear at your level.

If I am not mistaken only nAS weapons are obtainable for non CP characters.
