Hello ZENIMAX and Players,

Im am so fed up with this!
How are you guys playing this game!?

I play on PS4 and it crashes every hour...
sometimes every 30 minutes... Im SO done.

I pay for ESO PLUS and this game is unplayable! I demand a refund.

I will do whatever it takes to get my money back and you should too because this is ridiculous.

Am I the only one getting blue screens this often?

How can anyone PAY for a service like this and not get upset?

I realize it's a problem for some people but personally I'm playing on PC and have only crashed once this week, and I'm more than content writing that off as a fluke. I haven't been fighting lich bosses or anything known to cause issues though. Happily paying for ESO+ still as my gameplay is virtually unchanged.

Lucky you... not sure why its going on so much on ps4... not sure if anyone else having same issue.
its mostly when I am fighting something... I don't know what to do anymore but to play another game I guess.
It sucks though because I paid for months of eso plus.

today I was crashed few times, yesterday I had guild run on vKA....like always there was always an crash anywhere for someone but at last boss we was waiting good 30 minutes because half of team crashed at once, someone else after moment and we had to wait for 3 people to loging again while they had login queue!! wow!

Try using the proper channels, I'm pretty sure a refund appeal on the forums will get you nothing from Zenimax.

Since Saturday I've had too many crashes to count. This last hour alone I've crashed 4 times. Just swapping zones.

I play on NA PC and while this game has never been that stable, the last few days have been truly disgusting.

I usually buy 1 month subs at a time because of server issues. If its a bad month to play I just move on to something else. This year I bought a 6 month sub to get enough crowns for the crown exclusive home Bastion Sanguinaris. I wont ever do that again.

For weeks now since the Reach DLC came out people have been crashing left and right in dungeons, mostly repeatable and predictable crashes at Lich type dungeon bosses like you find in Fang Lair but other dungeons too. Now in less than 24 hours a dungeon event that always has had trouble and bugs is about to go live and there wasn't a patch or even a maintenance this week. ESO, when your game runs I really like it but for one paying customer since beta your flaws are vastly outweighing the fun.

No one gives a *** that you've only crashed once. Countless other players across platforms are experiencing constant crashes, what is the point of this post?

I am trying everything... see what happens. but all i know is that we as players should not be forced to deal with this kind of problem while paying for a monthly service. its not ok by any means for a company to be doing this and not even addressing it to anyone. nothing has been said yet about this issue that I can see. Also want to point out that this is has become worse since the Microsoft Deal...
Not a conspiracy or anything like that but does seem to come at the same time.
Might be something going on behind scenes we do not know about. server transfers?
account trasfers? etc.. Just spitballing here.

Stop it. The deal hasn't even gone through yet and won't until 2021.

I play on PC and have zero issues really. I actually just got 3 friends to start playing and another friend to return and we've been running tons of random dungeons. Not a single one of us has crashed yet.

I play on all platforms i have the new PS5 and Xbox series x and out or all the platforms Playstation has it the worst atm but it has NOTHING to do with ZOS since Playstation announced there are currently issues on there end with the release of the new console and they are working on fixing these issues as they come up so honestly keep that in mind

It’s very simple. Stop paying. Stop playing. I did that over a year ago because ESO was constantly crashing, and because the devs were taking months to deliver patches that PC got in days. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars this past year by uninstalling ESO, and have spent that money on other games that look better and run better. I don’t regret my decision one bit.

You owe it to yourself to play better games. Stop giving ZOS your money. They literally do not care about console performance, because the money they get from whales blowing thousands on housing microtransactions and the slot machine obviates everything else.

Submit a ticket asking for a refund. You just might get it but that is probably your best chance. Certainly, a significantly better chance that what this thread will do.

The point is that not everyone is experiencing the crashes like you are... I have been in wayrest 2 over 10 times doing randoms...and only once did one group member dc at Garron...I am running xb series x...I have had no noticeable increase in crashes...though I did have one crash In reapers March where I couldn’t log into that toon for a few days...

This, now I'm pretty sure the reason for the crashed is the performance updates in last DLC.
This significantly reduced stability: you have some enemies like liches who tend to generate crashes but also other fights like DSA level 7 and some grapich intensive fights like some trash fights in trials.
Spinderclunch 1 last boss is weird in that it freezes people forcing an reboot.

PC-EU and has an crashed a lot, also on weird location like some trash in CoA2, first human trash in vAA. And obviously on last boss in CoH2, has also had lots other in group crash
Was suprised we was able to do vAA HM + vHRC yesterday without any crashes.

To check and see if, by some miracle, ZOS has fixed things. I only check in around release dates, confirm that nothing has changed, try to talk some sense into people who are still enduring the same terrible performance that drove me away over a year ago, and then leave again.

I want to be able to play this game again. It was my favourite MMO. I put a lot of time, effort, and money into it, so of course I’m going to check in on occasion to see if it’s worth it to download the game again.

ESO crashes on PS5 likely still have EVERYTHING to do with ZOS, outside of the very small percentage of individuals who have launch release hardware issues. The reason for this is that there has not been a next gen patch yet, and people who have PS5s are running the same buggy, terribly optimized, poorly coded version of ESO that is causing repeated crashing on PS4.

My PS5 has been running without a single hitch since I got it. For every person you see complaining about hardware issues with the PS5, there are many more like myself who are having no issues with the console whatsoever. It’s normal to have some duds and lemons during the launch of a major electronics product. I refuse to download ESO on my PS5 until the game is more stable, if/when that ever occurs.

I am glad you can at least log in. For some reason I decided to return to this game and subbed to find out I can´t even log in any more. And they support system is so ridiculous that it is not possible to upload game game consultant file and submit a ticket.

It's perfectly legitimate for him to note that some payers are not having the issue, showing that it's related to some factor only affecting some players. He wasn't dismissing the person's issue they way you did to him.

Prog group decided to skip vMoL on Tues just in case, but some decided to gear run ncr & nss.
Ncr was a crashfest for short time. Think 8 crashed on 2nd boss. I & others restarted console, came back, and finished trial & nSS without any crashes.

So does vary! Just need patience 😉😘

I have this issue mostly while I'm on the final boss in a dungeon... So I'm curious how Zos will handle the event starting today. If I'm booted at the final boss and log back in after he is killed... How am I supposed to collect my reward?
