I don't think so. A LOT of the stuff online is not current in regards to ESO. It seems like a lot of these sites were made in ESO's infancy, which was not a good time for the game as it suffered greatly until One Tamriel.

I often have a hard time getting information that is up to date. I usually use Alcast for information as I know he is still very active with ESO and has been for a long time. Seems like a very credible source.

It hasn't been for years. They still have wrong racial passives listed even though Wrathstone is almost two years old now. According to them, Argonians are resistant to poison and disease damage, which isn't the case anymore. Same with Bosmer only that they have the order of skills completely wrong too.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

I find UESP to be useful.

Fextralife tends to update sets & skills with a HUGE delay.

I use ESO sets (for sets) and ESO Skillbook (for skills & abilities).
^ Those 2 websites seem to be very up-to-date. Often they even have new stuff from PTS that is not even on live yet :joy:

UESP and Fextralife are both updated only by a very small group who often miss things or don't put in the same effort anymore and it shows.

Fextralife is kind still a good resource sometimes, so long as you know what youre doing, because a LOT of the site is way way out of date now.

I suspect only the most basic updates are taking place, for instance, mythic items are on the site, but detail is threadbare.

There are alternatives that are currently kept bang up to date and those are my go to now in most circumstances.

He is playing other games. A lot of outdated stuff and even wrong informations at times.
Always used to be my go to page for everything and I still consult it sometimes. I hope he finds interest in it again. :) The page does have the most user friendly structure in my opinion.
    Auri-El is my lord,
    Trinimac is my shield,
    Magnus is my mind.

Fextralife gets updated but as others have said they often will miss changing a tool tip here or there. Also I've noticed over the years that for some reason doing a web search for a specific item or skill and clicking on a Fextralife link in google results will often take you to an archived page that is out of date even though if you navigate to that category through the main website directory they do have an updated version posted.

I still like Fextralife about the best, even though not everything is updated. What is there is solid and it has most of the basic information for new players put together in an appealing and easy to navigate fashion.

I love this resource, nice layout, lots of lore pages, all quests covered, I always find what I need.
