crash, crash, crash (to desktop ofc)

trying to do random dung today for hours, I will skip that I as DD have to wait some more time, I will skip that I got lucky to get only into dlc dungs but on every on them I was crashed to desktop and before I got back to game I was kicked because I was loading back that long time and also waiting additionaly till I will be able to login again because "Account is already logged in"

    my crashes aren't even to desktop, they are crashing windows 10 entirely and I have to reboot. The screen just freezes and that's it, have to reboot windows to get my computer back.
