I have thought for a long time that new arena weapons that have different elemental effects such as a Frost Bow or Shock 2 hander would be cool and for the longest while I though that Poison would be the logical choice for a Stamina Destro staff, but it felt weird and off. However, a Physical Destruction staff could work with its 'Element' being earth. Summoning mini quakes. Alternatively it could scale from Magicka and Spell Damage still but deal Physical Damage. A sort of Physical Damage based mage, although it might be hard with set options and CP.

Focus all the kinetic energy in your staff and blast an enemy for 735 Physical Damage.
Crushing Shock: No Change.
Force Pulse:
Up to 2 nearby enemies will take 500 Physical Damage.
Tremor Wall:
Slam your staff down to create an elemental barrier in front of you, dealing 90 Physical Damage to enemies in the target area every 1 second. Tremor Wall slows enemies by 20% for 2 seconds on cast.
Tremor Blockade:
No Change.
Unstable Fissure:
After the wall expires it summons large pillars of earth that knock enemies in the air dealing 616 Physical Damage and stunning them for 3 seconds.
Destructive Touch:
Devastate enemy with spiky shards from your staff, dealing 3379 Physical Damage and causing them to bleed for 13515 Physical Damage over 10 seconds.
Destructive Clench:
Enemies hit are slowed by 60% for 2 seconds.
Destructive Reach:
No Change
Weakness to Elements and Susceptibility:

Vigorous Drain:
Also applies Minor Staminasteal to the enemy for 23 seconds, causing you and your allies to restore 168 Stamina every 1 second when damaging them.
Impulse (Earthen Pulse):
Release a surge of elemental energy, dealing 615 Physical Damage to nearby enemies. Earthen Pulse sets enemies off balance.
Passives:
Rock Focus: Fully Charged Heavy Attacks stun enemies hit for 1 seconds.
Penetrating Magic: Your Destruction Staff abilities ignore 10% of the enemies Physical Resistance.
Overwhelming Force: Your Destruction Staff abilities have a 10% chance to apply Minor Maim to enemies hit.
Ancient Knowledge: Equipping this Earth Staff grants you 1500 Physical and Spell Resistance.
Destruction Expert: Killing an enemy with a Destruction Staff ability restores 3600 Stamina.
