I am a returning player.
When I zone on certain characters I always get stuck in error 344. Can someone give some advice?

thank you for the reply. I followed the steps you recommend but it did not help. Repair also does not solve the issue. Would reinstalling the game do any good?

I am not able to upload the game consulting file to submit the ticket. I don't understand why?

If you can't upload the report to start the ticket, simply upload a blank text file for now to get your ticket started. You can respond to the ticket later to send over the game consultant report.
