Imperial City is shining

I don't know why landscape in Cyrodiil becomes like this today. But the sky is so clear and the scenery is so beautiful.
Especially Imperial City. It's shining in sunlight.

    I know that, but I didn't do anything. I think it's broken. :D

It looks so pretty. :o Like a different game almost. Looks a lot more like Oblivion actually.

Awesome. I want my game to always look like it does on your photo.

I really don't think Cyrodiil gets enough credit just for being nice to behold. It's just such a beautiful zone and if you find the right spot it's really peaceful...

If you ignore the Daedra...and the boom of siege weapons in the distance...and the wandering restless undead... 😐

Besides all that I love Cyrodiil lol

Yep, Cyrodiil is a nice place to just enjoy the scenery. Too bad they removed the deers, though. We want them back.

It really is but because of the horrible layout of the keeps you only get to see about 40% of it while you miss out on all the pretty parts (Unless you go out of your way to do so). I hope we'll get a Cyrodill redesign/rework with next years Cyrodiil chapter but i highly doubt it.

I had the same bug a few weeks ago, I could see all the way from Nikel outpost to Brindle keep and like you I saw the entire IC from every angle, I could see every single mountain surrounding Cyrodiil. It has nothing to do with your system, actually its impressive that your system still runs fine if you have visual of the entire map, its a bug from the games side, just restart the game and its gone.

True. I actually did enjoy alot of Cyrodiil landscapes and dungeons back in the days when ESO was on a subscription model.

Back then NPC's were Vet level 5, leveling per se was a very long proccess and the game was hurting on population. All those factors contributed to having some campaigns completely empty. I got all the delve achievements then, there were very weird mechanics with boss spawn timers and you could easily spend hours on one delve waiting for the right boss to spawn.

I think their design thinking was to make people wait for bosses and engage in PVP in delves aswell, that never worked. Anyways, getting out of a delve and enjoying the vistas without having to worry about zergs, gankers, etc. was a very pleasant experience. It was the closest thing to a PVE Cyrodiil that ESO could ever o will ever have.

Always saddens me how Imperial City could have been one heck of an amazing zone for the majority of the player base. I don't disparage pvpers from having pvp, but based on the performance and bugs and balance issues, Cyrodiil would have been better served a pve zone.

When in off-hours on a new character I go around getting the all the skyshards and have time to actually look at the scenery around, I also find it indeed a beautiful zone... at those times I just ride around enjoying the view...

Yeah, running around looking for recipes I've found some interesting things. There are some cleverly done scenes, and unusual stories to be found. And some of the books to be found are marvelous!

There's a lot of content there that people who avoid PvP zones are missing. And if you see a broken statue... be sure and talk to it. It has a story it's been waiting for thousands of years to tell.

Most beautiful zone in the game, even with strange architectural choices like keeps built in giant puddles.

The neutral wildlife in Cyrodiil were the first scapegoats for performance decline. RIP Imperial fireflies.

Removing them didn't solve anything, but maybe that dev team liked the behavior change.

I was in the middle of a battle at Nikel one day long ago. It was sunset and the dolmen near it was up. I was running up the stairs to drop some seige. The way the sun shone above and behind the dolmen, making it seem both inviting and menacing was incredibly beautiful and I had to stop and just look for a moment. Then, I remembered I was in the middle of a battle and went to go drop oils on some enemy heads and didn't take a screenshot, lol. I often stop and admire the scenery in Cyrodiil, as well as other zones.

Game is broken so I can see the beautiful view.

Does ZOS understand why I need to say 'ZOS removed my post, I post it again.'
