Mad Tinkerer getting enemies stuck in ceiling

I love the Mad Tinkerer set but it's getting increasingly frustrating to use. It has a nasty habit of pinning npc's and bosses that I kill to the ceiling and thus impossible to loot. Please fix this, I don't want to stop using this set.
