UI error when using banker

PC-NA. Call banker using quick slot. Interact with banker. Click on Miscellaneous button. Try to pull a survey report from the bank. Receive the error below. At that point I cannot interact with any items in bank or inventory. Executing /reloadui fixes issue and am able to proceed as normal.
