Prismatic Enchant does not proc on werewolves. I thought this was intentional but from many discussions with other players it seems to be a lot of people are under the impression it is suppose to proc on them.

✭It procs on undead and daedra. Werewolves are neither, so it works fine. Vampires are undead though, so it should work on them.0
