Game keeps hanging when in Dual Weapon combat

I have been developing Dual Weapon skills.
When I am in a combat using Blood Craze IV and Steel Tornado IV the game regularly hangs and goes non-responsive.
This does not happen every time I use this mode but still frequently enough to be an issue.
I have to go to Task Manager to cancel ESO and restart.
Needless to say after this happening I have shifted away from using Dual Weapon as it is bugged.
Can you resolve this bug?
