Spell precision/perfect Strike at 3% ps4 eu

Since Monday patch. These cp perks are showing only 3% now instead of 9%? Is this a secret nerf or mistake.

Reading markath notes it's 3% but online was saying 9%. I'm. Confused

Not a secret nerf - it was mentioned in the patch notes during Markarth update, but who would read that I guess:

Reduced the Weapon and Spell Critical Chance granted from Perfect Strike and Spell Precision to 3% each, down from 9%.

What do you mean by "online"? There are a lot of info sites out there that are created and maintained by players, and not all of them get updated immediately (or at all). Be very wary of out-of-date info about the game if you poke around the web. Even sites that are well maintained may well still be catching up to changes from an update as recent as Markarth.

The patch notes, along with comments from ZOS employees here on the rest of the forums and to a lesser degree news and announcements, are the only official repository of updated information. I'd also suggest that anyone wanting to stay informed read the incremental PTS notes as well, which can include changes that were omitted for whatever reason from the live notes. (As a recent example from Markarth, the change to make low level non-perfected ability-altering weapons stop dropping from Blackrose Prison was only documented in PTS notes 6.2.3, never in any live notes.)

You might want to get in touch with someone listed on that site and let them know which page you saw the 9% on so they can update it. It looks like a lot of things there have been updated for Markarth/U28, so it might be an oversight.
