Into my Psijic Villa. The game will not let me load a character if they are at my house. 90% of the time it crashes. If it finally loads after like 10 tries your character might load in but some of the decorations aren't loaded and some times your equipped gear goes blank but the stats are there

I learned a long time ago to never log out in one of my houses. I have no idea what the issue is with it, but on the best days it takes 10x longer to login than say, in a city with 100 other people around. Makes no sense.

Not sure if this will solve your issue but if you are using an SSD, make sure not to close down or restart your PC for atleast 10 seconds after closing any program. Even non-ESO programs. In a few days your crashes should disappear(assuming you keep playing), and if this is the issue. As it auto-corrects itself once those files are used again.

Not sure if your crashing is caused by this, but SSD's have the nasty habit of moving files around. If you shut down or restart your computer too quickly after closing a program, it will sometimes half-finish moving those files. Meaning the game won't be able to load them the next time. My guess is this happened to one or more files which belong to the items in your house.

Just to note: SSD's do not corrupt those files, they simply misplace parts of them. So running a repair from the launcher won't fix this.
