Can't Login A Character On Xbox

One of my characters will not log into the game on Xbox. I have deleted the saved game files, reinstalled the game to a new drive, hard reboot on the console, and still nothing.
I cannot log into support on this website to create a ticket either. Login works fine for the forums or my general account but not for the support section
