Alchemy Flowers Disappearing outside of Sentinel - Xbox NA

This one is a bit interesting. There will be some alchemy ingredients that won't glow with the keen eye passive then I go to pick them up and they just disappear without giving me the flower. In this area there seems to be WAY to many alchemy flowers up at once as well.
