Item Sold Emails & Lack of Information

Sometimes the emails include which guild sold the item, but usually not. The item price is also missing. The item name and amount earned after taxes is the only information usually in the email. Am I missing something? Basic information that should be in the email is omitted, and the guild name is usually, but not always, omitted.

I use Arkadius' Trade Tools to supplement the default information given but there is enough lag in receiving ATT updates that I usually have to go through each guild's current inventory to figure out where the sale was made when I restock. Does everyone else do this too or is there a better way?

I have a notepad app on my iPad where I keep a list of everything I have put in the trader and what price I listed it. I update if I have to relist and drop the price. It’s also a handy reference if I pick up the same item again.

It is the only way I can keep track and I only have one trader.

The messages I get when something sells has the price in it, because that’s where the gold for it is, but not the guild name.

The expired item messages have no info at all, just the returned item.

Someone else can provide more information, but my understanding is each guild has to allow certain permissions in order for extra info to be picked up by the addons.
