Hello, this is a list of the bugs that I know exist now.
Please feel free to add more to the list.
This is to help ZoS get a clear view of the bugs going on in Cyrodiil.
BUG 1: Orb synergies
Problem: Orb synergies cannot be activated by group and non group members in Cyrodiil.
Cause: Likely because of orbs not being in group.
BUG 2: Siege shield
Problem: Siege shield only works in group members and NOT on sieges.
Cause: Likely because sieges are not in your group.
BUG 3: Heals going out of group
Problem: Chokethorn for example heals non group members. Also the Warden skill: Polar Wind, heals anything, from guards to non group members.
Cause: Group update
BUG 4: (Almost) Permanent debuff active (like streak)
Problem: Player is debuffed for XXXX days. When this is streak, you can break free infinitely and can no longer sprint (on mount and on foot).
Cause: Likely randomly happens when the player dies from that skill or within 1 second of being hit by that skill.
Player fix: Going into Volendrung quest area will remove the debuff.
BUG 5: Siege is busy
Problem: When trying to fire a siege, sometimes it cannot be fired and says: "The (Pact) ballista is busy". Siege cooldown timer starts
BUG 6: Siege missile misfires
Problem: When shooting a stone ballista at the door, on some ballistas the projectile does not hit (either goes through or disappears)
BUG 7: Siege does not shoot at all
Problem: Sometimes a siege does not shoot at all for you and the missile cooldown timer starts over.
BUG 8: Double ram placement next to eachother
Problem: Sometimes 2 rams can be placed next to eachother. (Not meaning inner gate and outer gate)
Cause: this happened 2 days ago at Alessia inner main gate when it was very crowded. Likely overload.
BUG 9: Skill desyncs (for example snipe)
Problem: Getting hit by multiple skills and taking damage in 1 go.
Cause: Likely delayed skills

BUG 10: Enemies don’t attack. This is referring to non-Alliance NPC enemies (bandits, daedra, etc.) and I don’t know whether Alliance NPCs are also effected. The enemy will spot you and put you “in combat” but most make no move to engage and no longer attack at all regardless of whether you attack them or not. You can walk right by and nothing happens. This happened at a Dolmen too and this evidently so disgusted Molag Bal that he made no comment of any kind before the final encounter.
BUG 11: Some lorebooks inaccessible, having fallen through architecture. I sent an in-game bug report on one of these. I could see the purple glow emanating from the base of the stand on which the lorebook had rested.
