Hel Ra horn... still broken

So... the game has issues on this patch, we all know it (crashes etc.), maybe this is not the most important thing now but after suffering disconnects on vss bosses when boss was 15%, crashes on lich boss, crashes... well... everywhere, let's say that this patch is not the most stable, having to reset a quest 4 times to make it work... would love if the content that doesn't crash would work fine.
After fixing the crashes... can you please just take a look at this? Or just remove the achievement? I am serious when I say that hundreds if not thousands of ppl would be grateful and maybe be less frustrated that they crash every 15 minutes (or maybe they won't... who knows? I would be).
I'm having a problem with the following achievement: Hel Ra Citadel: The War Horn (and not only myself, we are about 50 ppl just in one of my guild with this problem).
The achievement is not awarded. Most of us blew the horn and killed the mobs multiple times. For example tonight we did 2 runs, used the horn and finished both hm and non hm (not that it should matter if you finish or not but... hey, we tried).
We tried using it together in one run, one of us individually on the second.
There are multiple posts on forum saying is bugged etc. For some of us is the only achievement missing, and for most of us is the ONLY achievement missing in Craglorn trials, even though it should be the easiest one. Can this be fixed pls? Or seriously... if is that complicated... just please remove it. Or just award it to anyone that finishes hel ra... or... anything.
