Cyrodiil Bugs - Orbs not working and Spell Symmetry

Since the last patch on Monday:
- Orbs have no longer worked in Cyrodiil, the synergy simply cannot be taken regardless of if the player who cast the orb is in your group or not.
- Spell Symmetry no longer gives you resources back while in Cyrodiil, it takes your health however you get no Magicka back in return.
