Psijic skill Mend Spirit Morph proposal change

I like Mend Wounds skill but imo this Mend Spirit morph seems underwhelming. Most classes get the resistance buff from selves or a warden in pve amd in pvp every1 uses their own class buff for it.
I would like to see this skill get its own separate armor buff not a named 1 like how the set Meritorious Service gives.
