"Reusable Parts" passive on Necro does not give any cost reduction

The "Reusable Parts" passive on Necro does not give any cost reduction to Blastbones, Skeletal Mage or Spirit Mender despite still having the passive in my active effects.





Note: Summoner's Armour is properly giving cost reduction to the aforementioned skills however.
