Veteran Vateshran Hollows Major Bugs Please Patch Immediately

Haven't been more fed up with a game in my life. Got to last boss on Vet VHollow and all my special stat buffs from the orbs were magically gone. I had to reset the entire arena and start over. So I do, go all the way through a 2nd time, get to the final boss again, and 7k of my health stat buffs is also now magically gone. Logging, reload ui, etc doesn't fix it. So, now I apparently have to start a 3rd time all over from scratch AGAIN, but really is there a point to when this same magical misfortune can apparently just strike again? Like what is going on here and why have I put thousands of dollars and hours into a game that releases such severe progress-stopping bugs? Can someone at ZOS please fix this asap?
