Undaunted event monster items

Will we get chance on the regular versions of the monster helms/shoulders and will the regular versions of the weapons return to the crown store?

@PandaPalace the regular versions of the helms and shoulders have historically dropped. The original weapons however do not look to return.

If I remember correctly, in the last Undaunted event of 2019 the original monster helms dropped together with the opal ones. So I guess they are going to drop too.

I'd love to see the old sets return, especially since you do need to have the 'real' version of the shoulders to guarantee the opal from the pledge master.

But realistically, I joined in mid 2019, so I missed the sets that popped before that, and I'd love to get the dyeable version of Ilambris' weapons.

Considering that there are loads of monster sets (25 now, out of 40 dungeons currently) and that's only likely to go up as new dungeons release, it's going to be ages before they rotate through. Could they start doing like the crates do, and every three-five weeks or so an old set returns for a three-day stint?

Since the regular weapons were available from the crown store, you might try writing to Support requesting to buy that pack. In the past they have sometimes facilitated sales of items that aren’t currently in the crown store, though it is never guaranteed. If you request it politely and have the crowns on hand, they may offer to do that for you.
