Anybody tried ESO on the new Macbook M1s?

    ZOS isn't officially supporting the M1 machines, but you can still run ESO on an M1 machine. There's been reviews with the M1 machines running games in virtualized environments, and it's kind of impressive for what's required to emulate the hardware. I think that's why the OP is asking for ESO performance on M1 machines.

    I've just tried it out on my new MacBook Air M1 (basic spec).

    It works!

    Compared to my fairly powerful MSI gaming laptop, I can run it with about the same graphics settings. Haven't tried with a connected monitor yet.

    2 thoughts:

    - MacBook gets quite warm (no fan) but nothing like my windows laptop (with a 5 fan laptop stand and 2 extractor fans).
    - Total Silence! (no fan)
