Does the ring of the pale order benefit from champion points?

Just a quick question. Does the Ring of the pale order benefit from champion points? Specifically Blessed and Quick Recovery? Normally I'd ask one of my guilds this but considering the item is new and most of them are casuals who don't pay close attention to their numbers I figured I'd ask you guys.

Please don't say yes or no unless you're sure and have actually tested it out and looked at the numbers. Tooltips and item descriptions don't always show the correct numbers.

I've tested Cp, Ritual Mundus and powered trait and the ring benefits from all.
Nobody knows, why ZOS brings such a nonsense into the game.

Imagine you are a healer: Before the dungeon starts you always have to ask: "Hey Guys, can i even heal you?"
Well done ZOS!

People dont use pale in dungeons. No need for it since you sacrifice a monsterset or 5pc bonus

There are other reasons too. Like it and other abilities (specifically vampire's Blood for Blood, Blood Frenzy, Mist Form), you still get smart targeted by heals, which means you'll be taking away heals and potentially buffs from the group.

I use it for Maelstrom and Vateshran. My opinion is that they made it to make Vateshran more accessible. I mean they did release both in the same patch so it makes sense right?

I would only use it for 4 person content if the group wasn't going to have a healer anyway.

Healers with Energy Orbs and lots of synergies can still heal people with the Ring. Tested it last night with someone using that set with the blood orb and Olorime. Got the sustain and damage bonuses from the sets as well as the healing from the Energy Orb synergy.

Not perfect I know but it's a start at getting around it and Vampire's abilities.

And yes the Ring benefits from champion points and increases to healing done.

That is exactly why they released it. It is meant to be an arena set. Will people use it in other ways? Of course, but they wanted your average person to be able to complete normal and have a good shot at Vet.

Whether they got the balance right is of course, another story. Vet is an absolute face roll with that ring.

That depends on where you were skill-wise before you had this ring. If have a lot of DPS and you were already clearing mechanics with ease then having this ring to keep your health topped off does feel like god mode. If you were having a lot of troubles doing DPS and getting out of red circles then this ring isn't really going to solve anything for you, since the level of healing is in direct correlation to the amount of DPS you do and it won't save you from a "one shot" hit.

I was actually doing a random veteran dungeon the other day and the tank had this on, he kept losing aggro because he had to keep himself healed by spamming wrecking blow. So, yeah, some people use it in dungeons.

Also, I'm pretty certain energy orb doesn't work on them. The beam will hit them but it wont do any healing. I'm using SPC set and the tank never got major courage, and even when he was at less-than-100% health, the orb beam wouldn't heal him.

We ended up wiping 2 times in cypt of hearts I ...

That’s exactly how I use it too. I threw it on last night with a premade when the healer switched out to a DPS on vet blessed crucible. Since we were running 3dps and a tank I may as well grab the extra heals that way. Slotted mushrooms for the group and ice fortress on my warden DPS and we were good to go. I could throw down endless hail and growing swarm and top off my teammates as needed all while standing on the boss if I wanted.

Lol thats silly. He shoulda just popped a vigor.
