Would be great if we could hear any feedback or status (known issue/working on/passing on to the team etc?) on the following issues. We can happily provide more information as required
1) Persistent buffs and debuffs. The main one being 'Streaked' For 49000 days. (Pre-existing before Markarth) (

When buffs expire they seem to flicker to 49000 days remaining for a brief moment before disappearing from your character sheet. We are not sure if this is causing the issue but basically buffs and debuffs can get stuck on your Character sheet. The problem is that they effect gameplay, it isn't just visual.
The main issue is the 'Streaked' debuff - This causes your character to constantly break free every time you try and bash to interrupt. It also causes a lot of performance issues such as slow to break free, slow to use synergies, character appears to be strafing rather than moving correctly. It can also cause you to be unable to sprint on both foot and mounts. Other buffs which can get stuck include Major Vitality (i've had 6 on me at one point), Major Defile (had 2-3 on me) - both of these affect the healing values you receive. Burning, fracture etc. etc. basically if it buffs your character it can get stuck during combat.
2) Crashes on player load and general crashing issues.
When approaching a keep with many players the game will generally crash for people with certain game settings and poor connections / PC's (can provide more details on request privately). The connection logs show that this crash occurs on loading players in the area. People then cannot log back in until after the fight in that area has dispersed.
3) 'Slow bug'+ Worsened since Markarth, partially pre-existing
There are 2 main features of this bug.
a) Your character moves at a snails pace, previously it was affecting everyone in the area after prolonged combat, now it seems to affect characters rather than areas. For example: We were fighting at Farragut Lumbermill, All 10 of us experienced the slow bug, but enemies (around 30+ of them) didn't experience it.
b) when there are large numbers of players in the area a sort of 'stutter' effect is felt when moving, it feels like your character is constantly running into a wall which is then disappearing. so you move slightly forward, stop for a second, move forward another step, stop for a second etc.. This normally proceeds a full on 'slow bug' but sometimes you can 'move out of range' of the problem area. For example we experienced this between Ash Keep and the Ash Milegate, there was one particular point in the road where we couldn't move correctly back or forth but if we left that area it seemed to lessen the problem.
4) DK Standard Synergy (Shackle) not working - It doesn't do damage.
