Asylum Sanctorium bugged

Inner Fire-Range taunt from undaunted skill line not working/ taunting . In trial vAS+2 (Asylum Sanctorium) both mini-bosses not reacting like they suppose to. They ignore skill Inner Fire/Inner Rage. When you kill them, they dont stand on knee, instead they just start to twitch all over and waking up 5 second earlier. When raid group wipes, few of group members getting error when pressing respawn button. Game just closes with out any error or just freeze and they need to "kill" game client with task manager . Maybe someone else noticed such problems after latest patch?
