It is sad that they are closing threads that should be in general because of the state of things in the game currently. This to me speaks volumes as how they wish to handle customers feedback on fixing the game. Reminding me of the PTS, as well.
In light of the widespread crashes and game freezes brought to your attention by countless players a hotfix should be the priority. Please communicate with the players that supported you through the ups and the downs. This is not a annoying issue it is a game breaking one.
