Eternal battle stun

Yesterday I was attacked by mob, mob died then, but I was enable to move, use skills, swap bar ets. (but I could put weapon away and draugh it again)
I used /stuck command and it moved me to wayshrine, thoungh I was still enable to move. I couldn't use that wayshrine, but could use map to travel to another wayshrine.
Tried /reloadaui command, no effect.
Healed with full game restart.
Also had a guild member complaining about the same issue in the chat. She said even relogging didn't help her.
Maybe anyone knows how to become "unstunned" without full restart?
