Is there any way to get access to 2019 indriks? I really need the Luminous Indrik. I missed the event because I joined the game during the 2020 lockdown. Why are players locked out of past content and punished for not knowing that game existed before that?

I understand that you feel left out, but you're not being punished for not playing during the time that the Luminous Indriks were available. There's many games which have limited-time-offers, or exclusive offers (e.g., Minecraft capes, WoW Feats of Strength & PVP Season xmogs, SWTOR Physical Collector's Edition armours - just to name a very few) to those players that meet the criteria or were dedicated enough to earn them for their lifetime. Sometimes we just miss out on things, and it's healthy to learn to be able to cope with it.
With that said, during the 2019 New Life event, all berries from previous indriks were available. The 2019 New Life event was also extended by 2 (I think) weeks, so it lasted a month. There were some snafu's that had occurred with events earlier in the year, and it was a consolation for players that encountered the bugged events and were unable to obtain certain berries.
However, there was no mention that the same thing would happen in 2020. There was no datamined information leaning to the same thing happening in 2020. As far as we know, there is not going to be a repeat of 2019's New Life berry availability in 2020. The only thing we can do is wait and see if the berries are made available this year, but there is no guarantee. You can put in a ticket if you'd like, but I highly doubt you'll get the berries since they are a reward for participating in-game.
