During the fight when killing the NPC's generating the shields, one of them will not die and just stand there with the lightning powering the shield but cannot be killed and has no health bar. First time we tried it was the second shield phase, same for second attempt. Both times it was when the boss was below 50% health. We left the instance after the two attempts.

I confirm this bug. As of today, one of the ghosts that keep up Molag Kena shield can't be targeted/killed so you're basically stuck.
