Post-patch rose graphics on low settings

So, this is the settings i have been playing with, prior to and post patch. However when the patch downloaded the graphics suddenly shot up on these lowest settings and it felt like I was playing on highest settings. Which, I did not want, as higher graphic settings cause my fps to plummet and make the game really hard to play/unplayable in content like trials. I don't play on a very optimized pc to begin with, so this is hurting my gameplay a lot.
Even on lowest settings I still hover around 20 ish fps in major cities or dungeons, and about 15-10 fps in trials. It's still playable though and I have never complained about my graphics being crappy. Trials are extremely painful to get through but I can still perform well and it was not a huge issue for me. But for some reason this patch shot up my graphics and I cannot lower it any further. In dungeons my fps plummeted to 10 and lower, which is basically the same or worse as being in a trial. I would rather have crappy graphics and a game that I can actually play, instead of high graphics and a slideshow :c
