Normal Dungeon Queue Vet Bug

Every time today I have queued for a normal random dungeon to do the daily, I am told I am not max level or of proper CP to do the dungeon. Every single time.
My highest level character is 42.
When will this bug be fixed? I really don't want to even log in or play anymore when I spend hours each day just cycling through this bug and the joyous 15min penalty I get for your bug.
